"Dear John and the entire staff @ CES,
    A families worse nightmare...fire. 8pm Dec. 21st just 4 days before Christmas that became our reality. With everyone safe and the fire out no one could have come close to telling me what was to come.
    My sons room and everything they owned was burnt, a total loss. The fire, smoke and water damage had destroyed most of our home. We arrived back at the house the morning after the fire and were closely followed by a brigade of crews. My insurance company was our night in shining army and their troops were CES. CES crews arrived promptly and systematically took over packing out all that was salvageable. CES had orchestrated in just a few hours an unmatched evacuation. As furniture was moved out, clothes were being bagged and electronics carefully packed out. If CES had not acted as quickly as they did most of our belongings would have been lost to smoke and water damage.
   Words cannot express how much John and the staff of CES mean to us. It was truly amazing watching the CES crew (complete strangers to us)come into our home at such an emotional time and take over as if it was their own. How would I describe our experience with CES...? Professional, prompt, detail orientated, courteous, and compassionate would be but a few select words.
    The 5 star service we received from CES remained throughout the project. We were able to rebuild in 4 months and CES was there for the pack in. Every item they had packed out and stored was returned impeccably clean and had been packed as if everything I owned was a priceless crystal vase ! The crew once again performed beyond expectations.
    My family and I would like to thank John, with special mention to Nic and Chris, for all that they did. I cannot imagine what this process would of been like without your company. Thank you for making such a horrific time in our lives, especially for my sons, a little more bearable.
